Dowd & Company act for clients on rental valuations with respect to the letting and leasing of central London office and retail accommodation.

We will report on rental values and advise you on current market conditions. If a lease is to be assigned, we advise on whether or not a premium is achievable.

With respect to formal freehold valuations we work in conjunction with specialist valuers to ascertain the correct capital value.
