Serviced offices are fully equipped office buildings that are then let out on short terms licences to other companies and are managed by a facility management company.

They offer more flexible rental terms than a conventional lease arrangement. They are ideal for small growing businesses or businesses looking for temporary overflow space before a permanent move. Rents are usually based on the number of desks required but more increasingly serviced offices do rent out flexible shared working areas which works out cheaper.
